Ebb Bayarsaikhan is a photographer born and raised in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. He is currently living and working in New York, pursuing a BFA for photography at the School of Visual Arts.

Working mainly in black and white film, he seeks to continue the rich history of traditional street and photojournalistic photography. He approaches capturing people and places with a purist sensibility and a perspective influenced by his multicultural background. Between capturing scenes of nomadic life in the rural steppe of Mongolia or the frenzied pace of the metropolis, his work evokes emotion, but most importantly is an honest depiction of the world he sees.

Presently, the intense political climate in the US and resulting social resistance is the focus of his work.
